Young people aged 12 to 18 years old can enjoy unlimited travel on NS trains for one day with this 9292 e-ticket. The ticket is only valid during off-peak hours* and on the weekends on the day of purchase.

Day out with friends? The teenager day ticket is an affordable option providing you with unlimited travel on NS trains for one day during off-peak hours.

*Off-peak hours are:

  • On weekdays before 6:30 AM, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and after 6:30 PM.

  • All day on weekends and public holidays.

Please note – If you buy the Teenager day ticket in the 9292 app, the e-ticket will be valid immediately after purchase. An NS travel day runs from 4:00 AM to 4:00 AM the following day. If you buy your ticket at 12:05 AM, it will only be valid until 4:00 AM that same morning.

  1. Open the 9292 app.

  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left of the home screen.

  3. Tap 'Ticket shop'.

  4. Search 'Teenager day ticket'.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  6. Your e-ticket is valid immediately after purchase.

Have you paid? You'll find your e-ticket(s) under 'My e-tickets' in the menu at the top left of your screen.
