Ticket shop for e-tickets in the 9292 app

Did you know you can now buy e-tickets in two different ways using the 9292 app? You’ve been able to purchase e-tickets directly from your journey plan for a while, but now there’s also a ticket shop in the 9292 app.

Crowd expectation alert

Travelling to the beach in Scheveningen during good weather? Then you might see an alert in your travel advice: the 9292 crowd expectation alert.

Live vehicle location of the train, bus, tram, or metro

It was already possible to check the live location of a vehicle via 'Departures' in the home screen menu. But now you can also check the location of a vehicle via your travel advice. This works as follows:

1. Plan a trip in the 9292 app.

2. Open your choice of travel advice.

3. Click on the map icon next to the information for the train, bus, tram, metro, or ferry.

4. A new screen will open on which you can see the live location of the vehicle.

Select your start or end point on the map

Are you going somewhere but do not know the address? Or to a place that does not have an address, like a park? Then select your starting or ending point on the map. Here is how you do that:

1. Tap 'From: Address, station, postcode, etc.' or 'To: Address, station, postcode, etc.'.

2. Tap 'Choose a location on the map'.

3. Enter the city name of the place where the location is located.

4. Place the pin on the location of your choice on the map.

5. Tap 'Select'.

6. Have a nice trip!
